Our shipping policy is simple: we deliver First Class mail provided by the United States Postal Service. If a product has sold out your credit card or payment method will be completely refunded.

USPS First Class — $1.75 flat rate / item

California Sales Tax — 9% if applicable

All items ordered together may not necessarily ship together. If for some reason an item is out of stock or not available you will be notified.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Our guarantee is simple: while we hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Bubbles, you can exchange for the same item in a different size free of additional shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
